  • Keep Fit: The first third of the text is devoted to fitness appraisals, goal setting, strength exercises and safety and injury prevention (Units 1, 2 and 3).
  • Stay Healthy: The second third of the text focuses on core health (drugs, sexuality, conflict and nutrition) (Units 4, 5, 6 and 7).
  • Have Fun: The final third of the text describes 25 sports and physical activities students will encounter in school (from soccer and ultimate Frisbee to yoga and dance) (Unit 8).
