This video is a resource for safer partying filmed by students for students. The video is a very real enactment of an "after-grad" party and adolescent drinking behaviour. In the video, a student suffers alcohol poisoning and demonstrates the confusion her peers encountered around how to respond appropriately. The video and guide have been produced to help youth, and the people who work with them, develop safety strategies to reduce their risk.

Application/relevance to curriculum:

Substance Use and Abuse and Risk-Taking Behaviours expectations of the Healthy Active Living Education curriculum.

Comments:

Two copies of the video are available, one with sensitive language and another with edited language. A realistic after-party scenario.
